Dear Sarasota
Events, things to do, and a love letter to my city. There was no single place to find what’s happening here, you had to check every org’s site one by one and half of them were outdated or broken. So I built one. Everything gets re-checked against the organizers every night, and you can filter for sensory-friendly, pets welcome, free, or going solo.
Infrared Photography Resources
A reference for infrared photography. Guides, filter and lens comparisons, and shooting tips. My newest passion project, bought this domain as a gift for myself on my 30th birthday.
Tabletop Simulator
A browser-based 3D dice roller with physics dice, an orbiting camera, roll history, and customizable dice, colors, scenes, and online multiplayer.
Short Films
Desperate Measures
A short film about my medical journey with LLS.
Skytower Solitude
A short film about my travels through Europe, and the loneliness, isolation, and peace that came with it.
Games
MarbleStory
A casual adventure, puzzle, and platformer played from a rolling marble’s perspective, built in Unreal Engine with C++ and Blueprints.
Omega
A first-person immersive, atmospheric conceptual awareness game, reinforced with leading sound design principles.
Music & Sound Design
Sing for Absolution
A 22nd anniversary of Muse’s original song. I nearly got un-alived by drones trying to make this cover. Read more at the link. Selected for the 0-99 The Art of a Rainbow Life exhibition, below.
Original scoring, multi-instrument performance, and interactive audio. This covers live instrumentation [theremin, aerophone, drums, bass, vocals] and the throw-and-impact sound design for the Tabletop Simulator dice roller.
Renders, 2D & 3D
Single-frame work, split by craft but shown together. 3D: renders and procedural pieces in Unreal Engine and Houdini. 2D: graphic design and illustration. The full set is on ArtStation.
Research & Experiments
Auditory Accessibility Standards
An emerging research program on design conventions for sensory-accessible sound, across software, games, appliances, public spaces, and media. Ties together my autism studies at ASU, interface and game design work, music, and sound design. Publishing once I finish the ASD certification.
