Sarasota Opera Guild

Chair, Board of Directors, since 2026.

A volunteer organization affiliated with Sarasota Opera that promotes appreciation for the art form, encourages young singers, and raises funds for the company. Hosts educational programs, social gatherings, and its annual Poinsettia Luncheon.

The Ivy League Club

Member, since 2026.

An alumni club for graduates of all eight Ivy League schools, serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Founded in 1957, it is the oldest club of its kind in the country, and hosts monthly luncheons with speakers, cultural and networking events, and a scholarship fund for current Ivy League students.

Harvard Alumni Association

Member, since 2026.

The official, university-wide alumni network for Harvard graduates, connecting alumni worldwide through clubs, continuing education, and events. Locally, I’m part of the Harvard Club of Sarasota.

Keep Sarasota County Beautiful

Vice Chairman, 2022-2025. [ref]

A countywide beautification program, established in 1987 as an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, running litter prevention, cleanup, recycling, and beautification work across Sarasota County. Its advisory board organizes litter education and control programs and makes recommendations to the County Commission.

Harvard Innovation Labs

[Former] Student i-lab member, Social Impact cohort. 2025-2026.

Harvard’s campus-wide venture program, helping students across all thirteen schools turn ideas into impact, organized into cohorts by focus area. I developed Friction Map [Mappie] within the Social Impact cohort.

University of Florida Alumni Association

Member, since 2021.

The alumni network for UF graduates, the Gator Nation, with chapters worldwide that fund scholarships, run philanthropy, and host networking events. I have given a few talks for its Association of LGBTQ+ Alumni affiliate group.

Florida Academy of Pain Medicine

[Former] Associate Director, 2024.

A medical specialty society founded in 1994, representing physicians practicing pain medicine across Florida. It educated clinicians, advocated for pain patients, and promoted a multi-disciplinary approach drawing on anesthesiology, neurology, psychiatry, and surgery. The entity has since dissolved, following the passing of the President in late 2024.

Da Capo Society

Member, since 2026.

Sarasota Opera’s social and cultural group for young professionals, ages 21 to 45, who love opera. Includes pre-performance receptions, exclusive events and mixers, and discounted tickets throughout the season.

Big Brothers Big Sisters

Big Brother, 2018-2024.

The national youth mentoring organization, pairing adult volunteers [Bigs] one-to-one with young people [Littles]. The model is built on consistent, long-term relationships, and the organization has been doing this work for over a century.
